Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Everything about how your ContractOpenly subscription is billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work.
Free trial
Every new account gets a one-time 7-day free trial that starts when you verify your email. No credit card is required, and the trial never turns into a charge on its own.
Subscription pricing
ContractOpenly is $19 USD per month. After you choose to subscribe, your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Complimentary access may be granted at our discretion; complimentary accounts are not charged. Your workers and subcontractors never pay.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from Billing inside ContractOpenly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails after a paid month, we give you a 7-day grace window to update your card. If it isn't resolved, your account becomes read-only until billing is updated. A failed first payment does not grant access. Your data is never deleted because a payment failed, and your workers' job links keep working.
Refunds
Charges are generally non-refundable since a free trial is provided. That said, we review refund requests case by case — if you were charged in error or something went wrong, email bill@earydigital.com within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
